Proximity Switch Collator Control

On Point MFG's Proximity Collator Control eliminates the need for unreliable mechanical switches for case and projectile collators. This self-contained control uses an adjustable proximity switch and a solid-state 120v relay to control power to the collator. Simply plug the Proximity Collator Control into a wall outlet and plug the collator into the system, then attach the universal switch mount to any plastic casefeed tube. This system works with virtually any brand or type of collator, however you will need to remove the mechanical switch from the system by either cutting the wires to the switch and crimping together, or simply leave a switch plugged in and out of the way.
